Careless courier damaged the external box, however it was well packaged by seller and item inside was undamaged - reflects badly on the courier firm, but not on the seller. Recomend switching courier firms if possible as delivery driver was late and delivered damaged box with no apology - again this was beyond the control of the seller.Reply from: mr_99p- Feedback replied to by seller mr_99p.- Feedback replied to by seller mr_99p.I think EVRI use a lot of parcels like footballs! I do normally wrap items in bubble wrap for that event to happen! None of the couriers are much better! Plenty of damages from Parcelforce, Royal mail, DPD and UPS with bigger items. This maybe all down to a driver having a bad day, we will never know. I am glad you received your item in good time and undamaged.
