Clipper works very well on my Ragdolls fine fur. Even though it was matted right from the skin. The clipper went through nicely. But be aware that the skin will be a little sore after shaving the matts off. Maybe keep some soothing cream for animals at hand.The box which housed the Clipper was very filthy. Had to clean it first. The clipper and the parts were just chucked inside the box. Not nice way to present an expensive tool. Nevertheless, it's working well.

    Great cut and reliable

    Cut my shih tzu perfect, fast and batteries last ages, about 30 mins it took to shave him and the battery still had lots of charge, the 4 guides just slide on and make cutting various lengths so easy, light and powerful but very quiet, my shih was no bother at all trimming with these and seemed like he enjoyed the experience, very impressed considering the price and being cordless A******
