I was overcharged for item as the advertised discount was not applied to multiple purchases from the seller. Also the item was of poor quality, badly packed and items missing. I returned item through eBay returns and was only given partial as per the discounted price and not what I had paid even though this was also something I had highlighted in my messages to the seller. Seller wouldn’t return the difference and told me to raise a return and even then only gave me partial refund.

Item arrived not as advertised, loads of small rolls instead of large 500 meter spool. Completely different colour to what was requested as in orange instead of rose pink. No message asking if this would be alright just substitution sent. Contacted seller who wanted pictures and was told run out of spools and colour so sent what they had. Told to return it for refund. Definitely not a happy customer and would not recommend company to anyone.
