The Pump was substantial with a metal spray pipe.
The bottle arrived damaged but a replacement is being sent.
The photo of the unopened damp and dented package was clear proof.
I offered to accept a small refund to compensate the lost liquid, but as the bottle was still leaking, I accepted their counter offer of a new bottle.

I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. With service like this, is there any reason to buy elsewhere?
