1. Payment
Only accept payments through PayPal.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.
 
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Local pickup service is not available.
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.
If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.
A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.
Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.
 
Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
 
3. Postage & Packaging
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

    Look great and easy to fit, very good value/changes look of car

    Pretty good, very pleased with the product. Packaging was good with plenty of bubble wrap. Fitting was easy enough, I would recommend using gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the hard to clean areas of the wind deflector. When fitting, you will need to bend them slightly to slot them in, don’t be scared that you might break them, just take it slowly and don’t bend more than needed, then once slotted in they will bend right back into place, no damage. No need to cut or sand down. Only complaint would be delivery time which was within the quoted time period but right at the end, but suppose that’s different depending on your location (Northern Ireland).

    Rubbish

    Received the product on time and was excited to fit to my vehicle. I spent half an hour trying to carefully fit the driver's side deflector and was struggling. It was not sitting in the seal. After thinking a bit more force might help the product split and cut my hand. Blood was everywhere. It was super sharp. After looking in further detail I realised the plastic was actually larger than the space between the seal. It was never going to fit!

    Heko wind deflectors

    Bought these as part on a Christmas present for my son, these will be the third set he has had,(i have had 2 sets) they are ideal to leave your car windows open a couple of inches to allow condensation to clear and air out your car without it raining in they are worth every penny. Will buy some more for my next car.
