1. The courier company do not take goods up any stairs. This includes any flats/apartment etc. They will only deliver on site. 2. If the item arrives damaged, reject the delivery. Allow the courier to take back. 3. Returns will not be accepted on flooring where samples are available. Either to be bought or requested. 4. Allow 3-4 working days for samples to arrive. 5. All flooring must be inspected prior to installation. We will not accept any liability after the flooring has been installed. 6. Check colour & size of flooring immediately after receiving the flooring. 7. If you are not happy with the flooring, we are happy for the flooring to be returned. However, you the buyer will be liable for cost & organising the item to be returned. Ensure goods are fully packaged (undamaged). 8. In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong product or size then we will arrange for a replacement of the item(s) at our expense. 9. Cutting & handling charge will be applied to all flooring including remnants. 10. You the buyer will be responsible for the return costs of flooring; where samples are available (either to purchase or request). Since sample should be ordered prior to ordering actual size required. 11. Thickness of flooring is approximate, allow ±2mm in any measurements within the description & title. 12. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery Information section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. 13. Delivery is to the nearest kerbside of your address. Some drivers are happy to take items to your front door or into the property upon request, but this is at their discretion and we cannot guarantee that they will do this. We cannot be held liable if any damage occurs as a result of items being taken into the property. 14. Some products are excluded from the return policy for example items which are cut to your bespoke size (drop down menu with sizes available). 15. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us prior to cutting and/or fitting the item(s) and we will arrange for the faulty or damaged goods to be collected and replaced. All pile carpets, especially plain grounds are liable (after they have been in use for some time) to shading, i.e. to show light and dark patched areas. This is due to uneven pressing of the surface by treading. Light and delicately shaded carpets are liable to become soiled with wear and it may appear that the colours have faded. Both tendencies are inherent in all pile fabrics and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for complaints arising from either of these causes. 17. All sizes are approximate and within a tolerance of plus or minus 1.25% in accordance with British Standard BS3655. If your room is close to the nominal width or length of the carpet, please allow for extra in case a join is required.

Tracking shows multiple delivery attempts by the courier. Including a picture of the front door as proof. The carpet specification, title and description- states the thickness of the carpet. Plus we offer samples for 99p - so you can check the colour and quality before ordering. The carpet is cut from a machine (not manual)- so the edges are always cut straight. If you were not happy with the carpet; you could have returned the roll. We would be surprised if you 'binned' the carpet.
