    It is a good and legit verizon fios gateway rounter

    I am using it for my gigabit verizon fios gateway router and it is working as expected. Verizon is able to identify its Gateway router and did the speedtest on verizon account page and everything is legit and works as expected for download and upload speed. The product looks brand new as the same as buying from Verizon. Pay $95 vs $150 with Verizon but then I dont have the warranty as buying with Verizon. It is a great buy. No complaints... but now i found out Verizon can turn on ethernet port on ONT box so that you can use any router and no need to buy Verizon router if you only have internet service with Verizon. ....

    Below average quality.

    This router does NOT have the signal strength that it should. In comparison, my old red gateway router could play movies and stream on the roku without problems. Not only does this "quantum" router only give me one to two bars a mere 20 feet away...it disconnects while playing several times per movie. Prompting a "daddy!" from the other room every fifteen minutes! Not fun. Splotchy youtube also. I am returning it.

    Easy installation

    It was a simple product to have installed. The Verizion Tech who setup our Fios system was glad to see we had already purchased the router. It made his job easy to. been in operation for about three weeks------no problems, I believe it's much faster than my previous router.

    THE DEVICE WORKS AND OPERATES IN PERFECT ORDER..THE INSTALLERS HOWEVER SEEMED ANNOYED THAT THE ROUTER ,ITSELF WAS PURCHASED OUTSIDE OF THIER CONTROL???OH WELL !!! TO BAD...:( ALL ILL SAY IZ , "IT AINT NO CRAP.!!! THANKS ...NYC.

    Extremely happy with this purchase!

    So worth it! Don’t even consider buying a router from Verizon, it’s a huge rip-off. For half the price, you can get one that works just as well, even if it is refurbished. Easy to hook up and no problems with it thus far, after having used it for about 2 weeks. Shipping also came early, in 2-3 days, rather than the 1 week listed. Very satisfied with my choice in buying this!
