    Package was noticeably squished upon arrival. Also, the remote looks slightly different than the photos because there is a Prime Video shortcut button rather than the HULU shortcut button. The contents of the package appear to be undamaged and new though. Was shipped in a soft plastic mailing bag (not in a solid shipping box) which (apparently combined with careless Postal Service handling) resulted in the damage to the ROKU package.
