Here's a corrected version of your text: Poor print quality, although labeled as new, the shrink wrap had been opened. Some pages were not properly cut along the edges. This is what you might expect from an international version of a Pearson textbook. Nonetheless, it is still cheaper than purchasing the original version.

Every part of this transaction was bad. They didn't ship the books until I emailed them 20 days after they charged my account! I asked where the order was, then they decided it was time to ship the order. What I received was "new" damaged books. There was sticky stuff all over 2 of the series of 7 books. I'm wanting to return the books, but expect that experience will be equally bad.

    Worth the money

    The pages are a bit thin such that you can see through them. The print is good enough. Nothing much else to complain about. Worth the money if you want a clean, new copy.

    A thick book, like a reference

    Introduce the common filtering method. But it is really a tough book. The quesions in each chapter is not hard. Notations in this book are a little strange. But it is still OK. Since there are a lot of good books about filtering I just give an average for this one.

    If you are looking for a good book undertanding easily I would say this is an excellent one you should have. You can study DSP yourself using this textbook!
