The Raclette Grill was not as I expected from the listing and photographs which showed that the item included the stone grill plate as illustrated. I feel misled by the listing details. Although I was offered a free return, I could not guarantee finding a replacement to be delivered in time for a Christmas Eve dinner party, so I had to reluctantly accept the item. My request for a partial refund was refused. I would have been happy to pay £40. The box was damaged
