I purchased this gingerbread house from the seller, she charged me $17.25 for shipping. It took quite awhile to receive the package, & when it finally arrived the box was demolished & the house was broken in several places. It was obvious she had mailed it as cheaply as possible & not priority even after charging me $17.25. She was very apologetic & agreed to a refund, but insisted that I package & return the broken item to her. I had sent pictures of the box & item, but that wasn't good enough
