Unless specified as “as-is, non-returnable,” we honor a comprehensive money-back guarantee for returns initiated within 60 days, or longer by a pre-agreed arrangement, from the day the buyer receives the item. Item was listed as new, but that wasn't entirely accurate. Had been stored for a long time and was missing all the accessories. Some damage to one unit, some foreign debris in another, scratches and such. Firmware inspection indicated it actually was unused, so that is hard to describe in a listing. Understandable.     Not exact, but works for me.

    I was looking for a replacement board for an aged computer. Though it wasn't the exact replacement I was looking for it was priced very affordably. I had to re-teach myself a few things, but with a replacement hard drive I was able to load Windows 10 from scratch and now have a working backup computer.
