Perhaps a more accurate description of the status “ Departed the Regional Hub” after the item clears Customs in the US. The package was in this status for 3 days while awaiting transfer to the LM Carrier, the USPS in Lemont, IL. A description as such would be appreciated as it would provide better understanding of what is going on. Your tracking information was otherwise very accurate. The USPS tracking doesn’t work until the item receives a tracking number at the very end of the journey .
