    Reasonable product let down by packaging.

    The file was priced well, inside was sturdy. The file did not come in a box but had random cardboard wrapped round it held together by sellotape. On unwrapping the lid of the file was bent & the black film was full of wrinkles as if there were air bubbles underneath.I was disappointed.

    Light and sturdy

    The unit is generally good but the one element I found unsatisfactory was the difficulty in writing on the tabs identifying the contents on the various wallets. In all other respects it was great;

    More care needed before sending out this product

    The box file arrived on time but was covered in dust and marks. Worst of all there was a large sticker on the front which you would expect would peel off easily. It didn’t! It came off in tiny pieces and with it removed parts of the glossy surface. This was a Christmas present that I can’t give.
