Item arrived safely. Customer Service was excellent. Everything was provided in the kit including some of the tools required (a full set of Allen keys and a crank puller). We took time over the construction so that in all it took about 5 days to complete (I suspect now we could do it in 2 days or less). The excellent completed project far outweighs the value of the original bike plus the conversion kit. Great Ebike, great fun !
