Terms and conditions of the sale
All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.
 
Please note your invoice may show the delivery charge separately but you will only be charged the total shown on screen, nothing more.

    With the risk of damage to an engine if a "steam" clean is done incorrectly this product allows you to clean up the engine bay area without that risk.🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

    Gunk Ultra engine degreaser

    I have bought Gunk products in the past and found them to be excellent. however this version of gunk's engine degreaser did not live up to its past reputation, it did not dissolve the grease and oil around the engine bay with ease, and took repeated applications to finally achieve a satisfactory result, this meant I had to use much more of the product, it seems to lack solvent properties to loosen caked on deposits and appears to work in much the same way as a washing up liquid, I would suggest it is excellent if used to wash the bodywork of a car, but to use it as an "ultra" engine degreaser is stretching its capabilities, I applied it neat with a stiff brush, then left it for 40 mins then used a pressure washer, it took 3 applications to finally get it fairly clean, sorry Gunk, but I ...

    Not up to the job!!

    I purchased this because i had a particularly heavy job to do (gearbox from t2 vw) I have used it and am very unhappy with it, I actually scraped most of the build up from the job and then applied the so called "degreaser", leaving it for the specified time, It is very poor at removing the grease, there is very little "movement " when brushing it in, and when you try to clear the area, the grease is still very noticeable! Even with a second application there was only a small sign of actual removal of grease. I have had FAR better results from white spirit, and NO I would not recommend this product!, As far as I am concerned, It is a waste of money AND effort !!!

    Gunk - not like the old days

    Gunk used to be good so I was looking forwards to testing this product. I had some hyper clean to compare it with. The Gunk looks good but when I brushed it onto the oil the product just did not seem to combine with the oil and remove it it was almost like water. The hyper clean worked well. Maybe its the new health and safety but this product is not great in my opinion.

    SMELLS BETTER THAN IT WORKS

    The only good thing about this product is that it smells better that the original type, but does not have the same results, it struggles to remove heavy oil stains, probably not a lot better than using a white spirit based product.
