Very prompt delivery - actually arrived a day earlier than predicted. I have arthritis and find chopping veg difficult, so this device is great. Very easy to use, chops onions and herbs brilliantly and takes all the hassle out of it. I've also used it to make breadcrumbs. Pretty much all of the packaging was cardboard or paper, which makes a very nice change from the usual plastic and polystyrene!

Original received had some paint chips so I contacted support and within 10 minutes of sending the message I was contacted and a replacement arranged, they had pickup arranged that afternoon and the new one was delivered the next day. Couldn’t be happier and love our new kettle.

Poor quality and damaged. I regret buying refurbished from this seller. Seller sent me a damaged product which had a broken handle and scratches all over. It was also very poorly packaged. I sent it back immediately and almost a month later I am still trying to get my money back even though seller has confirmed receipt. Still going through Ebay claim process with no end date in sight. Seller says its up to Ebay to give me refund. First and last time I buy from this manufacturer!
