      Another excellent set of recipes

      We bought the original Fast 800 recipe book last August and have been using it daily ever since. I was delighted when I saw a few weeks ago that a second collection of these recipes was published. I immediately bought it and we are as delighted with these recipes as we were with the original ones. I can’t recommend the book highly enough for both weight loss and pleasurable eating.

      Just kept to the recipes and the weight looked after itself - brilliant.

      Took a little while to get my head around but once started it was a easy process. I litterally followed the recipes so didn't need to count callories. I now have lost 10lb in eight weeks and have achieved my desired weight, so have just started to maintain.

      Presented well, enjoyed the write up in the introduction, educating on the health benefits and the science behind it. Recipes are mostly quick and easy. As yet Only cooked a couple of meals. I find preparation is key to sticking to the meal plan
