After trying multiple different types of cheaper pillows over the years, and thought maybe a more expensive option could ve the answer. I wasn't sure about buying refurbished pillows but also didn't want to risk investing silly amounts of money on pillows that may not work for us. Bought two (one for my wife) and they arrived in perfect "as new" condition. After 2 weeks, they are proving comfortable. My wife took out some of the foam cubes to make hers a bit softer, which definitely worked.
