I don't know if it is a reproduction, "Ukraine Special" or not, but movement is identical to the original I have, and the case and dial are also very nicely done. It is not new old stock for sure, but nice anyways. Beat error is a little high but watch keeps good time. I wish sellers of these watches describe the watch more accurately.
