The light strip arrived damaged and with the RGBW light strip wired in the wrong order into the end connectors as RBGW so I was forced to buy new connectors and insulation wire covers and rewire the LED light strip in the correct order to make this work.

Sorry to hear you had an issue with your LED strip. Had you got in touch with us, we would have been able to help, but unfortunately we have received no messages from you. Sounds like you managed to make it work anyway, so at least that's something.

Led strip was wired in correctly had to re-solder leads to the correct RGB connections and rewired to find the controller was also faulty giving wrong signal to the RGB power lines ???? got fed up with the testing to narrow down this item controller fault would not recommend and seller at no time offered to replace obviously cheap seconds from factory being sold as working.
will chuck in the bin as no more feed back from seller to help me .

We replied to every message you've sent, offered support & a refund. You made unjustified speculations that we are selling factory rejects as working items, which is clearly not the case given our feedback score. You seem unwilling to accept that an item could possibly be faulty!
You messaged us after you already modified the product and we still offered you a return, while legally we wouldn't be required when items are modified by a buyer. We asked for more details and you never replied to us.
