    A resoldering of the integrated chip fixed the issue with my not that much used Vizio M43-C1 TV. The tv would power up for a second and turn off or dim down. Sometimes it would blink many times and off. If that helps others(no backlight at all). Shipping was good also. Be aware though that I have another Vizio and that was the power supply board I had replaced. Thanks!
