Payment
 
You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched and stock will not be allocated until payment is received.
 
Deliveries:
Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for many deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them.
You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.
It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.
We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer.
If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch.
All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses in the Channel Islands or outside the UK (addresses outside the UK includes BFPO).
 
Damages and shortages:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or short, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of reasonable return carriage. If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
 
Please notify shortages on receipt.
 
These notes do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Return Policy
 
If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 8 working days from receipt of the goods to returns@caravanstuff4u.co.uk. A full refund of all monies paid will be made within 30 days.
 
Please return the goods together with all packaging within 10 days of canceling your purchase. The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described.
 
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

    Great barbecue for camping

    Easy to assemble, simple click connector to gas bottle & cooks really well. Good range of cooking attachments so you can grill, fry, boil & casserole on the one appliance. Nonstick surface works well & easy to clean. Size best suited to cooking for 2 people. Compact - all items fold away & fit inside each other to fit into a carry bag- so easy to transport when heading off in the camper van.

    Excellent piece of kit.

    This is the bee's knee's when it comes to portable gas bbq, excellent quality, very adaptable, its got everything I need for use on the motorhome connection point. Would highly recommend. P. S. I use baking sheets (measure around the grill and fry plates and cut out it saves a lot of time with the cleaning).

    A 'super satisfied' customer!

    Never went much on the idea of one of these, but we had just bought a caravan and it only came with one gas bottle, so instead of paying out for another one, I decided to get one of the cadac range and use it on our patio gas bottles. Used it last week twice and was very impressed with it on both occasions, had a lovely BBQ outside the caravan and then next night a stir fry, both were very easy and delicious!
