    The only option for item delivery was to a parcel pickup location. I could not choose where it was sent due to the sellers delivery settings. The parcel was refused and returned to sender. Initially the seller did communicate with me, stating they'd initiated a claim with royal mail and would resend my item when the claim was complete. It has been almost 6 weeks since that point and the seller is now ignoring my requests for updates. Terrible service!!
