The mug arrived beautifully wrapped and packaged. There was an issue in that it had a rattle which was due to the manufacturing process (no breaks or chips or anything) . I contacted the seller (as this was a special gift).. and they swiftly organised return postage, and the replacement mug... which is non rattle and lovely. Smashing communication and quality.
