Sorry you felt the need to leave negative feedback. I would suggest you have purchased the wrong mount - you have a ‘SmartTag+’ and that tag won’t fit in a normal ‘SmartTag’ holder, you have simply purchased the wrong holder. Our mounts are designed to fit individual tags perfectly, which they do.
Our mounts fit 99% of saddles, you sometimes need to move the saddle on the rails slightly to help the mount into place.
