Item never arrived. Instead of helping and contacting Royal Mail, seller refused to help me at all and accused me of lying. I will avoid this seller at all cost. I’ve never encounter a seller that is so belligerent and unhelpful.

Item actually arrived today. None of this would've happened if the seller was willing to help me find out what happened with Royal Mail, instead of accusing me of lying. This was a simple case of delayed mail.

The item did arrive and I proved that with the post office code plus ebay went in my favour of the delivery. I would avoid this buyer as they hounded me with one word messages for weeks that made absolutely no sense and this was after the delivery. They are abusive and aggressive even when proved wrong
