Chandelier was beautiful and exactly as described--unfortunately the seller did not pack it properly for shipping such a heavy delicate item and the chandelier arrived ruined with bent and broken arms. Seller promised a refund but didn't follow through, so eBay stepped in and issued a refund.

Nice block, some minor flaws however seller did accept my best offer. Received in 1 week, pretty good considering holiday weekend. Reliable but suggest really zooming in the pictures as flaws were not mentioned in the description by the seller. Good box, well padded packaging.
