Basically very supportive running shoes. Then, after ordering, I was in a shop on the Saturday that sold the brand but not this particular shoe and realised I needed to 2E pair. I contacted the seller and they were happy to change the order before they sent them on the Monday. Great experience as I was worried I had ordered the wrong size. So that was awesome.
