Mic received was as described but I was charged £12 for postage and the actual cost was £4.61. When I asked about the discrepancy I was told sorry, our mistake. That was it! No, we’ll refund you the £7 we overcharged you on postage.

Apologies. maybe I wasn't clear in my reply, the error on our part was listing two options for delivery. The Special Delivery option should not have been there. The £11.99 post option which you paid for clearly stated - Economy Delivery (Other courier (3 to 5 days)) but once again apologies for the confusion.
