quite a heavy piece of kit which folds, with difficulty, into the boot of a car. Does what it says on the tin but a bit unwieldy for a frail 90 year old to manoeuvre. The quality and condition of the rollator is excellent and hard to believe that it is reconditioned. arrived within timescale quoted and well packed.

The item is perfect and very true to the description, it was also a good price and the seller most helpful. There was a problem with the delivery when the courier, DPD, provided a picture to say delivery had been made. The picture was not my address and there were no clues as to where it had been left. Also the tracking was not completed so EBay thought it must still be in transit. Livewell Today acted very promptly and supplied another item which arrived successfully the following day. 10/10

Well packaged in a large box, easy to put together, there were some bolts missing so I contacted the supplier and they apologised and sent me out the screws in the post the next day, excellent customer service, would definitely buy from them again
