The box itself had a shipping label on it from Costco to someone else clearly indicating it was bought from Costco originally. The kicker was the frame still had pictures of someone on it and had their name on it. For a USED price and condition I still think I will keep it as I could factory reset it to a new ID number so I won't be getting someones pictures.

But my time has been wasted, and I still don't have the cord I need in the right color, size and length.
