Faulty item supplied. I note that there are other feedback complaints about this same item and still this supplier is sending out these faulty items to unsuspecting customers. Plus they are making refunds awkward for customers by making ridiculous statements like : It costs too much to return your faulty item, so why not keep it and we will give a small partial refund ? If you ever hear this from a supplier, you know you are dealing with a scammer.
