Most professional-sounding & accurate description I've read yet on eBay. I had to look up just what, "very mild scattered foxing top text block edge" means. Best possibly shipping price. Probably can't improve on the packing. My only critique is that the listing photo should be higher resolution and there should be more than 1 picture. So I had to take a chance because the book was difficult to find in decent condition. I recommend this seller.

    Well known naval books

    Excellent, this series is one of my favorites, a lot of information about the world's navies history and equipment in one book, but not as extensive as in Jane's (Jane's inconvenience is that you have to look in different editions). The information in this book from the years 1947 to 1982, is very simmilar to the previous edition "Conway's 1947-1982" (two parts). I also own the Conway's 1922-1946, and in the market for "Conway's 1906-1921" and "conway's 1860-1905"

    Conways' is a great value for your buck

    The entire series of Conway books is superb. I have two homes(summer and Winter) and have a complete set in each home.
