The skirt was as pictured and authentic. However the skirt smelled of smoke. I asked the seller if they could make an exception to the returns policy they sent me a rude response. They felt attacked by my suggestion of the item smelling of smoke. I have kids with allergies and we can’t have anything fragrance or smoke smelling In the house. Instead of trying to work something out with me, the seller accused me of threatening them with a review and accused me of being dishonest. Do not recommend!

I'm always happy to work with buyers to remedy issues that may come up with a sale, but I explained to this buyer that the item came from a smoke-free home and when I shipped it, it did not smell of smoke. I'm sorry if it may have picked up an odor while in transit to them but unfortunately, that would be out of my control and isn't grounds for a refund.
