This is not something the seller would have known as the box was sealed, and even if the seller opened the box, they would not have known exactly what small parts were suppossed to be there. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive to my issue and willing and ready to resolve this matter. I was able to resolve the missing part issue on my own with the manufacturer. Very happy!

    Nyx blonde pomade

    I purchased this product because the milani brand I had was a little too dark for me. Upon opening the item, I noticed the product was separated from the walls of the container. I'm not sure if this is how the product always looks or not, as this is my first time buying this item. It comes in a frosted like plastic container, no brush included. The application is OK. I do like the color much better, it's definitely not as dark and has more of an ash undertone. But it's not as opaque as milani and can look splotchy. (which is the reason for the 4 stars) The upside is that it can be layered once the first layer has been given time to set, which pretty much fixes any unevenness in color. I would recommend this product.
