Purchased the thermometer used the batteries that was supplied and it didn’t work. I then informed the seller who told me to purchase new batteries, purchased new batteries and it still doesn’t work. Informed the seller and they’ve disregarded my claims. The item obviously doesn’t work, it should be returned and replaced. Plus it states in the listing that they test the thermometer, so why did mine arrive defective?

At the time of purchase, we had these on sale and in the description, we clearly stated that the batteries were very low and needed replacing. We showed the state of the display which was very dim compared to the normal amount and we only shipped out ones that actually displayed something. All the dead ones or broken ones are in a box in our warehouse. The buyer did not read the said description and tried to make out that there was no description but clearly there was...
