Wow what an amazing open, honest and brave book. I truly couldn't put it down until I had finished it,I haven't read a book like that for years. Total compelling reading, funny yet deep .wonderful read, recommend completely.

Not really liking this style of writing
I struggled with the method used for chapter subjects and didn’t enjoy the lack of flow although I appreciate how Alan’s early life experience has impacted his whole life, even now. Not my style for reading.
