The item was visibly brand new, as listed; the game and everything that was supposed to come with it (keychains, metal badges, tote, poster, etc.) was still wrapped and unopened. Happy that the game did indeed work on my psVita despite being an American model!
Shipping was very fast!! It took less than 2 weeks for the package to arrive, which I think was about half as long as predicted.
Lastly, seller was kind when reminding me to review, so they'd probably respond the same to questions/issues

I returned this figure as I felt it wasn’t the condition it was claimed, box opened crumbs and dust inside. The seller was very helpful and offered to do a partial refund on the item as it costs more than $80 to ship from the USA to Japan and that’s on the cheap end. While I did end up paying the shipping charges and returning the toy I still appreciated the seller reaching out to provide me with an alternative. Their customer service was very good in my case and so I do recommend this seller.
