Shoddy product
This backpack is of shoddy material..I lifted it with loop at top which promptly tore and then one of shoulder straps tore at stitching too.. this was at first use at airport leaving me annoyed and bothered that the whole thing would disintegrate before I got to destination.. not to say I had to go through same on way back
