Though the loppers were faulty, this seller tried hard to sort out with their uk supplier. The seller always answered our messages quickly and in the end we all gave up hoping for the replacement so the seller offered a refund for which we were grateful. I would happily deal with this seller again as they are conscientious and genuinely concerned. I am sure the promised refund will arrive shortly so wanted to do this feedback while that option available and express our appreciation. Thank you.
