It arrived the next day, and the device seemed untouched, so pleased it matched description. I was able to set it up and use it within a few minutes. Different layout to old kindle, but seems simple enough, thankfully I got a model that has scroll buttons and the device automatically flips, depending on which hand I hold the device. So a pleasure doing business with you, hopefully it lasts the year without problems, a really good deal based on the cost of a new one.

Initially the kindle wasn’t as described however, quick replacement sent out within 24 hours of me asking for a replacement without the initial kindle being returned. 2nd kindle as described. Overall really great communication. I would probably change the description as they are not ‘new/ unused’ per se but reconditioned but appear to be good value for money. I am very happy so far so a big thank you 😊

    The best Kindle yet.

    All the advantages of a kindle Paperwhite, plus it’s much lighter and the button page turn is pretty much instantaneous. As your eyes scan the last word on the page, you press the button and by the time your eyes have moved back to the top of the page, it’s ready for you. Very light and easy to use in one hand. If you turn it upside down, the screen reorients itself, so it can be used in either hand. Perfect for the left handed. Or for when I have a cup of tea.

    page turning button sometimes faulty.

    The page turning button worked most of the time but about once a day jammed up.I bought one for my wife and exactly the same and exactly the same happened with hers. I assume that there is some form of software update that is available.

    Elegant, light, and easy to use.

    I bought this Kindle because it has physical buttons on it, and as I had hoped it is very light to hold, the buttons are easy to use, especially when I lie in bed to read, and the back light is perfect for when I want to read and my husband wants the lights out to sleep. Unfortunately, it is still a little too easy to touch the screen and move pages on when I don't want to. However, this is probably a small price to pay in order to get the Kindle's other assets.

    Good reading aid/device

    I bought it for my son to encourage him to read and he likes it very much so far. The battery life is good. The device is nice to hold with good screen options and various fonts. It is also waterproof. It seems to be doing the trick so far!!!
