I would like to make a suggestion. The item arrived in a plastic bag. The Item was in a tiny box inside the plastic bag. The little box was crushed on one end. May I suggest that there be better protection in the packing? the crushed box was on the end where the chain was, not where the Tree of Life part was. I may be worth the trouble to consider more protection. Thanks!
