Warranty & Returns
o We supply New and Refurbished equipment with 30 days hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
o Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.
o Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
o Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 30 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems.
o If we cannot remedy, RMA (Returns Authorization Number) will be issued via e-mail.
o RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
o Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
o We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number.
o Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.
o If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund.
o If goods returned are found not faulty £5 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back.
o We will withhold a fee of 20% minimum £5, for non-faulty items accepted for return (shipping non-refundable). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc.
o Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non-refundable / non-returnable.
o There are no exceptions. Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item, whatever the reason may be.
