      Ita is unfortunate you have decided to give us negative feedback, despite all our effort and constant up-to-date communication to inform you that there was a delay due to fedex the shipping company we use for our orders. Either way we apologize you have not been entirely pleased with the shipping though happy with the product. Always we value the feedback and monitor to asses if there is a need for changes though at this stage we are confident this was a genuine one off mistake by fedex.
