Payment
 
· We accept payment by PayPal only, unless stated otherwise on item’s listing.
· Please make sure your shipping address is correct, complete and up to date with eBay and PayPal before you pay for the item. We only ship to address we receive with eBay order. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.

Shipping
 
· All orders received by 2PM will be despatched and shipped the same day by Royal Mail 1st class service for UK mainland and Royal Mail Airmail for international orders, excluding weekend and bank holidays. Orders received on weekend and bank holidays will be shipped the following working day.
· More than 99% of orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st class service are delivered within 2-3 working days. In rare cases Royal Mail can take up to two weeks to deliver the item.
· More than 99% of international orders shipped via Royal Mail Airmail service are delivered within 5-15 working days within the EU. It may take a little longer for countries outside EU. In rare cases Royal Mail can take up to six weeks to deliver the item.
 
 
Warranty
 
· We offer 90 days RTB (Return to Base) warranty on all items from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, including manufacturing defects which is within 14 days from date of purchase.
 
 
Returns
 
· If there is a fault due to manufacturer’s defect or item you purchased is not working according to specification within 14 days of your purchase, we will replace the item for you or give you full refund on receipt of item. Buyer will pay for postage to return the item to us and we will pay for postage to send replacement to buyer.
· If within 90 days warranty period your item has any problems, you will need to return the item to us; we will inspect and test the item. Buyer will pay for postage to return the item to us and we will pay for postage to send replacement to buyer. If it is due to a manufacturers defect, it will be replaced/repaired and returned back to you within 1-3 days. No refund will be given after 14 days of purchase.
· Please contact us via ebay messaging if you need to return the item to us.
· We will issue an RMA number to return the item. Please do not send any item without obtaining an RMA number from us. Otherwise we shall not be responsible for loss of goods sent by you.
· Our maximum liability in any circumstances will not be more than the original price paid for the item. We will not accept any other liability or claim arising from use of any item you purchased from us.

The seller is very good. The item is really bad. The handles are way too close to each other so you can’t get in between them to lift the load. If the return wasn’t so difficult I would be returning it. I bought another one from a different store, much better.

I cannot recommend this product. I ordered the grey version and got a grey tray, bright blue support, red wheel. It is a clown wheelbarrow. More importantly it is a crude construction, difficult to assemble, and misaligned. The handles are too close together so it is impossible to fit between them comfortably. Because it is wonky the screws loosen after minimal use. Considering the poor quality of this product the price is far too high. Returning is awkward but must buy another wheelbarrow.
