I had to communicate with the seller twice, including a request for change off address. The seller responded within 24 hours and did send the guitar to the requested address. The guitar was pretty accurately described. It is quite beautiful. The only issue is that the nut wasn't installed straight and lacquer was sprayed over it, which will make changing it either difficult or not possible. Overall, though, this is a beautiful guitar for the price.
