        Nanny shipped my order promptly and item should have arrived on time. Unfortunately, the USPS lost the package. After several attempts, the Springfield office had to admit they lost the shipment, and recommended Nanny file a claim. I have now gotten my refund from Nanny. Regretful that I won't get the item, but grateful to Nanny for her follow-through. She kept me informed of the order status during the fruitless search. Thanks for her efforts and customer service.
