    Difficult in fitting

    Fitment more difficult than anticipated, broke rear screen as glue very strong & didn't want to over heat unit, old battery almost exploded due to having to use Stanley knife. No instructions & suggest paying for fitment

    Aftermarket part

    The battery does not fit well, top lead side is simply too thick to allow smooth reassemble. I can imagine every each is different, so might not be an issue with you, however mine unsealed itself after a couple of weeks, so definitely not a Samsung genuine part, I am waiting for one now ( £10+ always). I believe that majority of these cells will do right, yet it is raffle.

    Not genuine product

    It came raw. No box no glue strip. Genuine samsung battery comes in sealed samsung branded blue box and battery has glue strip applied This is not genuine battery

    I've not noticed a great improvement in battery life after fitting the new battery but although the phone was several years old, the original battery condition still showed as good. I rather think the background usage of my phone has increased over time reducing battery life from when it was first purchased. I have no reason to doubt the new battery's performance, perhaps I didn't need to replace the original just yet.
