Buyer claims brand new tights (quality checked prior to dispatch) arrived with tear in crotch area! Offered me option of immediate refund or return at my cost. Have sold thousands of tights - NEVER had such a claim. I politely asked, in order to make sense of this, if she had tried them on - BOOM - she reacted in instant anger by opening a case, stating her disguste and promised negative feedback. Why such a rash, unreasonable reaction? Why not simply answer the q? I have my thoughts on this..
